20 Days Return Guaranteed
FULL PRICE merchandise is only eligible for a full refund if returned within 20 days from date of purchase. Merchandise received after 20 days will not be refunded and may qualify for store credit at our discretion.
All international orders are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. International includes the U.S. territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. Alaska and Hawaii are also NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and placed back into original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Please be aware it is at the discretion of the company to deem an item damaged.
LEATHER RETURNS - Leather product can be returned per our policy but will incur a 10% restocking fee. It is at the discretion of the company to deem leather product fit for return.
We only accept returns on items purchased directly from www.resfeberofficial.com. We do not accept items purchased from other retailers.

While we will honor your returns, we ask that you be mindful of the negative implications on the environment that accompany them. Trying on multiple sizes may be convenient, but the emissions from shipping additional orders and excess packaging takes its toll. 30 Days Return Guaranteed
Resfeber offers 30 days Return Guaranteed. You may return your items upon 30 days from the delivery day. Please contact our Customer Service team by email and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Number and return instruction. We will not accept returns without any RMA number. Please return the items within 14 calendar days after you receive the RMA number and we may not accept any late returns. Please choose a mail carrier and we recommend you use a traceable carrier for your return. If you need to exchange or return the items due to quality issues, we will bear the shipping fee for the exchanges and returns. Upon arrival of your returned items at our warehouse, we will check if the item meets the requirements of exchanges, returns and refunds. Our Customer Service team will send you the confirmation of refund once it has been approved. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Normally your account will be refunded within 30 working days, but it varies depending on your card issuer, bank or electronic payment agency.
Please note, when returning an item, delivery shipping will not be refunded. Once we receive your returned items, you will be refunded only for the amount you paid for the merchandise and not the cost of the original shipping.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in United States and we currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia and New Zealand only. The prices displayed on our site for merchandise ordered for shipment are inclusive of all other applicable taxes.
